Contract and Legal service officer

Our client, a software development firm in large scale development projects urgently require experienced graduates in computer engineers and project managers to fill this position:

First degree in Law with an MBA/professional certification added advantage.

Advocacy, mediation and arbitration.

Knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory framework.

Legal drafting

Legalization and compliance.

Legislative intelligence and advisory.

Litigation management

Alternate dispute resolution techniques.

Knowledge of Nigerian laws

Minimum experience 3-5 years works experience in commercial corporate, civil and entertainments low.
