Contract Assistant Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (Govt) #HJO
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and administration of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes and ensure adherence to reporting and submission timelines.
- Maintain and regularly update organisational risk registers and ERM databases.
- Coordinate with departments to review risks, controls, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Arrange risk management meetings and document key discussions, risk information, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare ERM reports, management papers, and PowerPoint presentations for internal review.
- Support the enhancement and development of ERM training materials and resources.
- Respond to internal stakeholders' enquiries and provide coordination support on ERM-related matters.
- Coordinate insurance-related matters with internal departments and insurance brokers, including renewals, claims, notifications, meetings, and enquiries.
- Support the processing of insurance premium payments and related documentation.
- Participate in organisational initiatives involving audits, data protection, IT, operations, and improvement projects.
- Perform other risk management and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, risk governance, compliance, audit, or related functions is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
