Contract Assistant Manager, Events Management

Durations: 3 months
Work location: Jurong West / Pioneer

• Course Cycle Management: Manage key course operations including course creation, class period on-site coordination and after-course survey.
• Pre-Course Academic Readiness: Prepare all pre-course arrangements, such as securing teaching appointment confirmations, preparing academic course packs and course materials.
• On-site Course Duty: Oversee classroom logistics and technical support during the course delivery period (weekend duty required sometimes; off-in-lieu provided).
• Post-Course Administration: Support post-course administrative processes, including compiling course evaluations/surveys, processing faculty claims, and handling basic finance matters.
• Academic Support: Provide support to faculty and students regarding academic arrangements, ensuring both academic and non-academic components run smoothly and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, academic administration, or programme management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data tracking and report compilation.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse stakeholders (faculty, corporate students, and university offices).
• Highly responsible, attentive to details, accountable, and committed to maintaining academic rigor.
• Appreciation for the critical role of operational support in delivering an excellent EMBA learning experience.
