Contract Assistant Manager, FP&A ($6000 | Healthcare) #HJO

Job Responsibilities

• Support annual budget planning and regular financial forecasting to facilitate management decision-making.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports for review by key stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis, including actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide insights on key variances.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities across departments and business functions.
• Review business cases and investment proposals, including financial risks, opportunities and overall financial impact.
• Provide financial support for digital transformation and other organisational projects.
• Review internal processes, systems, policies and procedures to identify financial and operational risks.
• Recommend and support improvements to strengthen financial controls, governance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives and process improvements.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational and financial objectives.
• Support other financial accounting, planning and reporting activities as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration (majoring in Accountancy/Finance) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial accounting, external audit or related finance functions.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of data analytics or visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be advantageous.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and attention to detail.
