Contract Associate Executive, Financial Counselling (Healthcare) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial counselling to patients and family members, helping them understand treatment costs, payment requirements, and available financing options.
• Ensure financial counselling activities and patient information are accurately documented in the relevant systems.
• Monitor patient deposits and facilitate collection of out-of-pocket payments where required.
• Obtain necessary medical claims authorisation documentation to ensure adequate coverage of hospital bills.
• Support daily operational coordination, including workload distribution and ward allocation.
• Assist with updating training materials and supporting financial counselling refresher sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

• Diploma, A-Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in patient service, customer service, healthcare administration, or financial counselling is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work Saturday half-days based on roster requirements
