Business Analyst / Documentor - Supply Chain Systems Project
8-10 Week Contract - ASAP start
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Documentor to support the detailed design phase of a supply chain systems implementation. This role is key to ensuring business requirements are clearly documented and process documentation is effectively developed and maintained.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Documentor to support the detailed design phase of a supply chain systems implementation. This role is key to ensuring business requirements are clearly documented and process documentation is effectively developed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
- Develop use cases, process maps, and system interaction documentation
- Support development of functional and technical specifications for the systems design
- Maintain accurate meeting records, action logs, and version-controlled documentation
- Work closely with the wider project team to progress the design phase
- Project Management and IT Delivery Teams
- Operations and Supply Chain Teams
- External Implementation Partners
- Strong BA/documentation experience, ideally from an operations, distribution, or supply chain systems implementation
- Proven experience in process design and requirements documentation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio/Lucidchart and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in supply chain or logistics environments highly advantageous
