Summary
This contract role involves working as a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) within a large-scale transformation programme. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, map processes, and facilitate Agile delivery.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst contractor to support the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as part of a major transformation programme. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, product teams, and technical teams to capture requirements, map processes, develop user stories, and help drive successful solution delivery and adoption.
This is a contract opportunity offering the chance to work on a high-profile programme within a complex operational environment. While LIMS experience is beneficial, candidates with strong experience delivering Quality Management System (QMS), compliance, or process transformation initiatives will also be highly regarded.

You are a seasoned Senior BA with a track record of delivering successful technology and business transformation projects. You are confident facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and translating complex business requirements into clear delivery artefacts.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Quality Management System (QMS) implementations or transformations
- Process mapping, process improvement, and business change initiatives
- Requirements elicitation, user story creation, and documentation
- Agile delivery environments
- Compliance, quality, or regulated operational environments
- Manufacturing, food production, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or similar industries
Experience with LIMS, SampleManager, laboratory operations, quality systems, ISO standards, or regulated environments will be highly advantageous.
