Salary: $900 - $1200 Per day

Property Systems Technical Specialist (Property Platforms – MRI / Yardi or Similar)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support and enhance the organisation’s core property management technology platform.

This role sits within the internal technology team and focuses on ensuring the company's new implementation of their core property management system is scoped and implemented appropriately. There will be a focus on minimising customisation and designing / standardising process to fit the system.

You will work closely with teams across the organisation including finance, operations and property management to understand system needs, improve processes and deliver technical solutions within platforms such as MRI, Yardi or other enterprise property systems.

Skills & Experience

• Strong, proven experience working with property management platforms such as MRI, Yardi or similar real estate systems

• Strong process design and mapping skills.

• Strong stakeholder requirements skills. Ability to push back, question decisions appropriately and
