Contract Customer Technical Support Officer #BEL

Salary: $2,700 – $3,400 per month

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles.

Job Description:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for printing, scanning, software, connectivity and basic network-related issues.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex technical cases to specialised support teams when required.

• Provide timely technical assistance and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved while maintaining high service standards.

• Maintain proper records of installations, technical issues and support activities, and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

• Set up, install equipment, software and related IT systems at customer premises, ensuring smooth implementation and operational readiness.
