Govt Project Opportunity - About the Role We are looking for Event Management Executive to support the planning and execution of large-scale events, stakeholder engagements, official visits, award ceremonies and strategic meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating events, managing stakeholders and ensuring smooth event operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of flagship events, stakeholder engagements and official meetings.
- Coordinate event logistics and operations to ensure successful event delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including public agencies, industry partners, speakers, delegates and event vendors.
- Work closely with event vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in developing event plans, operational workflows, contingency plans and risk mitigation measures.
- Prepare event materials, briefing papers, reports and presentation slides for management.
- Support post-event evaluations and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain event databases, filing systems and related records.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Min 1 year of experience in events management, project coordination or a similar role.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Singaporean only
