• Provide support to the development, management and creation of content for social and digital channels which accords with the annual student recruitment plan in East Asia

• Run marketing campaigns across digital and social channels and measure its performance
• Work with Regional Manager and In Country Representatives to get the best out of their marketing efforts

• Develop info graphic for contents of various social media sites
• Conduct keyword research including cataloguing and indexing target keyword phrases
• Google analytics analysis for keyword mining
• Continuously improve content, information architecture and navigation elements

• Provide ongoing and regular reports on the success of various digital marketing activities
• Provide updates on best practices of electronic marketing in our various market including but not limited to use of social media platforms and search strategies(SEO/SEM)

• Provide statistical analysis to which our channels meet the needs of users
• Contribute to the alumni web presence and engage with alumni to develop and effective word of mouth marketing channel

• Maintain alumni database and alumni related campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
• Proven experience in digital campaign management, particularly across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Experience in international marketing or student recruitment is highly desirable
• Good understanding of social media platforms (e.g. WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Red) and their content ecosystems
• Basic design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools) are highly advantageous, with the ability to create or adapt campaign assets
