Contract Finance Analyst (Bank) at Rafflesplace, Up to $4,500

Responsibilities:

• Processing of vendor invoices and staff claim for payment. Ensuring adherence to internal expense policies.
• Administer GST and withholding tax accounting associated with accounts payable.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.
• Monthly internal accounts substantiation/nostro ageing report.
• Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.
• Ad-hoc Finance projects.

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $4500

Requirements:

• Minimally diploma or degree with 2 years experience in banking preferred
• Prior account payable/staff claims/Nostro reconciliation experience preferred
• Strong self starter, proactive and team player
• Good operational knowledge and skills in IT applications will be advantage eg. Microsoft Excel / Access VEA/ SQL/ Python
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently or contribute as part of a team
