Jobs Responsibilities

• Review daily, weekly and monthly fund NAVs for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and fund requirements.
• Coordinate with fund accounting and support teams to deliver NAVs within agreed timelines and service standards.
• Resolve client queries and collaborate with auditors to meet fund reporting requirements.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain clear operating procedures, including documentation of process exceptions.
• Strengthen operational controls by identifying errors, escalating incidents and supporting regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support new client onboarding, migrations and system enhancements through transition planning and testing.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in fund accounting, bank accounting or financial services audit.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Familiarity with NAV calculations or fund administration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing financial information.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, auditors and internal teams under tight deadlines.
