Help deliver a smooth employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.

Join an established financial services group and take ownership of core People Operations activities. Work across employee lifecycle administration, benefits, leave and passes, while contributing to process improvements and HR system enhancements.

Job Scope

• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee movements, promotions and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data, ensuring timely processing and effective controls.
• Administer benefits and leave programmes, coordinating with vendors to deliver accurate and responsive support.
• Handle Singapore pass applications, renewals and cancellations, monitoring validity and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve employee and manager queries, taking ownership of operational issues through to completion.
• Support audits, reporting and governance while improving HR processes through automation and system enhancements.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR operations experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, banking or another regulated environment.
