CONTRACT IT Support Engineer (AV/Windows/365)

Salary: $50-$75 p/h 6 mth contract + park

A stable, growing company is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join a supportive team delivering enterprise IT support and infrastructure projects across their Christchurch & Australia offices

Love solving complex IT issues while leading technical projects and improve the end-user experience?

What you'll bring:
• Degree or Tertiary qualification, IT certification, Microsoft certification or equivalent commercial experience
• At least 4 years' commercial experience in IT Support, Desktop Engineering, End User Computing and AV support
• Experience supporting audio visual (AV) conferencing solutions including meeting room technology
• Any experience of Crestron, Qsc or Biamp? A bonus or happy to learn
• Solid experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM ticketing platform
• Ideally someone with excellent communication skills, who enjoys leading projects and has an excellent customer / user focus
• Experience with ITIL processes and best practice support methodologies
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and complex end-user issues
• Workflow or process automation experience would be an advantage
• Bonus if you've worked with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF or other MDM technologies
• Enjoy using modern AI tools to improve productivity and service delivery
