Infopro Learning is looking for a Leadership Development Program Manager to be embedded within a client's L&D/HR function, owning the day-to-day coordination and delivery of their leadership development programs. This is a client-facing role that blends program management, facilitation, and broader talent management support, with the credibility to operate confidently inside a client's organization.
What you'll do:
Own end-to-end coordination and delivery of the client's leadership development program(s), from scheduling and logistics through close-out and evaluation.
Facilitate or co-facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops, and create or edit program materials and presentations for participants, facilitators, and client stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for participants, facilitators, coaches, and client stakeholders throughout each program.
Coordinate facilitators, coaches, and vendors on content, timing, venues/platforms, and materials.
Manage program communications and track budgets, timelines, and risks.
Administer program data in the LMS/talent platform (enrollments, attendance, completions, feedback) and report on KPIs.
Support the client's broader talent management work, including the annual performance cycle, competency frameworks, and career pathing/internal mobility initiatives.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years in leadership development, L&D program management, or talent management, ideally client-facing or consulting.
Demonstrated facilitation and training delivery experience, with confidence leading or co-facilitating leadership sessions and workshops.
Skilled at creating clear, polished program materials and presentations for varied audiences.
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, including vendor and facilitator management.
Working knowledge of talent management practices such as succession planning, competency modeling, or performance reviews.
Experience with an LMS or talent management platform, plus reporting and data analysis for program metrics.
Location and engagement: Betzdorf, Luxembourg, or Chennai, India. Client-deployed, embedded within the client's L&D/HR function for the duration of the engagement.
If you enjoy owning a program end to end, from behind-the-scenes coordination to standing in front of the room, and being the person a client's leaders and participants can count on, we'd like to hear from you. Apply below.
