Contract Locum Phlebos Needed!! (UP TO $23/H) #HCGT

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures.

• Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures clearly.

• Label, process, and handle specimens according to standard procedures.

• Ensure proper documentation and data entry of samples collected.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment.

• Follow safety, infection control, and workplace protocols at all times.

• Support daily operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Certificate or training in Phlebotomy or related healthcare discipline.

• Prior experience in blood collection is preferred.

• Good interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with basic computer systems and documentation.

• Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
