Responsible for driving the growth of the Contract Logistics business in Brazil, developing strategic relationships with clients and leading commercial expansion plans. Will provide warehousing and distribution solutions aligned with customer needs.
How you create impact
Achieve growth objectives through active pipeline management and commercial negotiations;
Attract and develop business opportunities, strengthening the company’s presence in commercial segments and staying updated, together with the organization, on the latest trends and market intelligence;
Implement annual business development plans, defining strategic targets;
Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with the Customer Solutions area to deliver value propositions;
Establish networking with decision-makers and influencers in the Supply Chain sector, including C-levels and executives;
Capture and share market intelligence with internal stakeholders.
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree desirable;
Over 6 years of experience in Warehouse;
Hunter profile, with strong orientation toward sales and new business prospecting;
Advanced English;
Previous or desirable experience in Healthcare.
