Contract Manager (A1 Maincon - MNC Listed Company)
Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and manage various agreements, including NDAs, construction tenders, professional service agreements and standard contract forms (RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC and FIDIC), ensuring appropriate risk mitigation.
Prepare and maintain main contract and subcontract documentation.
Support contract negotiations and claims mitigation in accordance with company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement contract best practices, policies, templates and procedures.
Advise internal stakeholders on contract processes and provide training when required.
Maintain accurate contract records and document tracking systems.
Participate in departmental meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a QS consultancy, construction consultancy, expert witness or law firm.
Experience in semiconductor and/or data centre construction projects.
Strong contract administration, negotiation and claims management skills, with knowledge of the SOP Act.
RICS or AIQS accreditation is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Meticulous, able to manage multiple contracts and work effectively with stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Adobe.
Willing to travel occasionally.
