Contract Manager
The Contract Manager shall be responsible for the overall administration and management of contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all contractual obligations, entitlements, and risks are effectively managed in accordance with the contract requirements. The role requires extensive experience in contract administration, change management, claims preparation and assessment, correspondence management, dispute avoidance, and commercial negotiations for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, additional cost claims, and contractual notices with the Client, while also managing and evaluating subcontractor claims and contractual submissions. The Contract Manager shall coordinate closely with project management, planning, engineering, procurement, quantity surveying, and legal teams to ensure that all contractual issues are addressed proactively and that the project's commercial interests are protected.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial management within construction or engineering projects. • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management for large-scale construction projects. • Experience in large-scale stadiums, mixed-use developments, infrastructure projects, or international engineering projects will be an advantage.
