Contract Manager (Civil Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement planning, tendering,evaluation, negotiation and contract awards.
• Oversee contract administration,correspondence, insurance claims and contractual compliance.
• Identify commercial risks and implementmitigation strategies.
• Prepare and manage EOT, loss and expense and variation claims.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, costs and financial reporting.
• Provide contractual advice and lead dispute resolution.
• Lead, guide and mentor the Quantity Surveying team.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of contracts management experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts, including PSSCOC and/or LTA Conditions of Contract (LTACOC)
• Sound understanding of contract law, commercial principles, procurement and Singapore construction regulations
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
