Job Summary
The job requires candidate who has good knowledge in interior fit-out, architectural and commercial building works. Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on cost estimation and contract administration. Candidate who has good designing skill is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
- Manage contract matters and perform quantity surveying costing to ensure budget compliance
- Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
- Assist clients, suppliers, and contractors in resolving accounts settlement issues to facilitate smooth financial transactions
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance
- Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Able to use designing tools; Sketch up, Revit, AutoCAD, etc to produce 3D perspectives, technical drawings that meet project requirements is an added advantage.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of combined industrial and commercial experience.
- Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes
- Non Singaporeans with vast Singapore working experience are welcome to apply
