Manage complex federal subaward agreements supporting healthcare organizations across Maine. Lead contract development, execution, monitoring, amendments, and closeout while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This position is contingent upon confirmation of funding. Salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Position Summary: Responsible for lifecycle management of subaward agreements with participating healthcare organizations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Draft grant/subaward agreements

  • Manage contract execution

  • Monitor and approve? deliverables

  • Review and approve? amendments

  • Coordinate renewals

  • Track milestones

  • Resolve contractual issues

  • Maintain documentation

  • Ensure compliance

  • Coordinate contract closeout

Grade Level: 6

Anticipated Salary: $134,000 - $150,000

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of contract management experience

  • Federal grants experience

  • Knowledge of procurement regulations
