• Negotiating contracts.

• In-charge contractual claim and monthly progress claim.

• Manage costing and budgeting for all building works and maintain cost within budget.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Construction.

• At least 5 years of working experience in quantity taking off and measurement.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
