Contract Manager
NewBe an early applicantResponsible for managing the full tendering and contractual lifecycle, including bids, proposals, pre-qualifications, contract drafting and review, negotiations, commercial risk management, compliance, and post-award contract handover.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pre-construction, tendering, or contracts management within an engineering/construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract frameworks.
- Understanding of procurement and tendering processes.
- Excellent legal and technical drafting skills.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with commercial risk management and contract administration.
- Ability to coordinate technical, commercial, estimation, HR, and operations teams.
