Contract Patient Account Officer #HYNA
We are hiring a Contract Patient Account Officer to support billing and cashiering operations within a hospital business office.
Salary: Up to $2,600/month
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: 5-day work week | 42 hours/week
Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient billing, cashiering and payment collection.
- Process discharge bills accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on billing queries, disputes and discounts.
- Respond to billing enquiries via email and phone.
Requirements
- Prior billing, cashiering or administrative experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling patient billing information.
