Contract Role | Healthcare | Customer Service & Administration

We are hiring Contract Patient Service / Clinic Assistants to support various healthcare organisations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy interacting with patients and are interested in building experience within the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients' enquiries and provide professional frontline customer service
• Register patients and schedule appointments using relevant systems
• Handle payment collection, billing and general administrative duties
• Assist patients with navigating healthcare services and facilities
• Support doctors and clinic staff with daily operations where required
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry and documentation

Requirements

• GCE N/O Levels or equivalent
• Prior customer service, administrative or healthcare experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Organised, service-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Working Hours

• 5–5.5 days per week, depending on assignment
• Office hours / rostered shifts may apply
• Weekend duties may be required for certain assignments
