Summary
Operate and monitor chemical process equipment, maintain batch documentation, and ensure GMP compliance in a manufacturing plant using the DeltaV control system.
Job Duties
- Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment safely.
- Monitor plant operations, trends, and system alarms using the DeltaV control system.
- Handle raw material staging, dispensing, sampling, filter changes, and equipment charging.
- Perform setup, changeover cleaning, and pack-out for intermediate and finished batches.
- Complete batch and plant documentation accurately under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
Requirements
- Hold a technical diploma or GCE 'O'/'A' levels.
- Senior tiers require 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical manufacturing.
