Contract Project Manager – IT Enterprise Architecture

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per month

We are looking for Contract Project Manager – IT Enterprise Architecture (1-year contract).

You will be involving…

• Lead enterprise integration platform initiatives and application integration projects from planning through production launch.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, changes, procurement and management reporting.

• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, migration, cutover, production launch, hypercare and support handover.

• Apply waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, operations and offshore delivery.

• Manage vendors, contracts, project milestones, acceptance criteria, service quality and commercial performance.

• Ensure compliance with governance processes, architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, audit controls and documentation standards.

• Support the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle management of the enterprise integration platform.

• Balance new platform capabilities with technical debt, security, resilience, operational support and cost considerations.

We are looking for…

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years of experience managing enterprise application, platform or integration projects.

• Proven experience delivering at least 2 to 3 full project implementations through production launch.

• Solid experience in project planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, governance reporting, testing, migration, cutover and service handover.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, including API management, REST/web services, messaging, event-driven architecture, middleware, cloud integration and secure hybrid connectivity.

• Experience with MuleSoft, Solace, Microsoft Azure integration services, Apache Kafka or managed file transfer would be an advantage.

• Product management or platform ownership experience, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, service definition and lifecycle management, is preferred.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
