Contract Recruiter

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition function and make an immediate impact across a diverse hiring portfolio. You will own recruiting processes from initial requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and hire. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hands-on pipeline management. You’ll recruit across both technical and non-technical functions, supporting teams in the United States and potentially international markets. Strong organization, communication, and independent decision-making will be essential as you manage multiple searches simultaneously. This role is particularly well suited to a bilingual recruiting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Accountabilities
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting across open positions in the United States and international markets.
- Own recruiting processes from requisition kickoff through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer acceptance, and successful hire.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and maintain strong, healthy talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements while maintaining an efficient, engaging, and professional candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team priorities, organizational needs, and candidate profiles.
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accurate pipeline activity, priorities, and timelines.
- Recruit across both technical functions, such as engineering and product, and non-technical functions, including operations and go-to-market teams.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process to ensure timely decisions and smooth candidate progression.
- Maintain high standards of communication and follow-through with candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition partners.
- 5+ years of professional Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation, acceptance, and hire.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for both technical positions, including engineering and product, and non-technical roles across business functions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines at the same time.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, candidate management, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.
- Based in the United States.
- Experience recruiting for international positions in addition to U.S.-based roles is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Juicebox, or comparable applicant tracking and sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Contract rate of $50–$70 per hour.
