🚨 Contract Sales Operations / Order Management Executive – German MNC | Up to $3,600 #HHLT

💰 Up to $3,600/month
🕒 Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
📅 1- Year Contract

💼 Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and ensure PO pricing matches quotations / agreed pricing
• Coordinate with factory on pricing, order fulfilment and delivery schedules
• Expedite orders to meet customers’ required delivery timelines
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Accounts Receivable when required
• Arrange shipments according to customer instructions, including Incoterms, forwarder and delivery details
• Prepare and coordinate import/export and customs clearance documentation
• Issue debit / credit notes where required
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment status
• Maintain customer and project information in internal systems / CRM
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product returns
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and quality-related matters

📝 Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant sales support, order management, logistics or customer service experience
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
