You will apply contracting policies, contracting practices and negotiating techniques to negotiate in the acquisition of services, systems, and construction.
You will perform pre-award and post-award functions relating to the planning, development, award, and/or administration of contracts.
You will analyze and provide technical guidance on factors affecting contractors' costs using historical cost data.
You will interpret procurement regulations and policies.
You will review contracts, contracting plans, and contract changes.
