CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the CONTRACTING DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC ROICC SOUDA BAY.

You will perform pre award and post award functions relating to the planning, development, advertisement, award, and administration of contracts for construction, Facility Support Contract (installation Support services), and A-E services

You will develop the contractual strategy and the procurement plan considering issues such as funding, the results of market analysis, delivery requirements, Government furnished property.

You will utilize automated procurement systems, electronic contract system and facilities information system.

You will analyze contractor proposals to determine reasonableness, allowability, and allocability of costs.

You will monitor contractor technical performance over the life of the contracts.

You will review the official contract files to ensure all contractual requirements are satisfied, the contracts are complete.
