CONTRACT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Aquisition Division of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. You will create documents, pertinent justifications, determinations, or findings in contractual awards.

You will conduct pre-negotiation conferences to negotiate prices, terms, conditions, contract modifications, and settlements.

You will direct a full range of procurement pre-award and post-awards functions to include drafting and issuing solicitations, negotiations, source selection, contract award, contract modifications, and contract closeout.

You will interpret procurement regulations and policies for activity specialists.

You will develop contracting techniques and procurement approaches to solve procurement problems.
