About the Position: You will serve as a Technical Expert and Team Lead in the Contracting Division for the Portland District. Contracting Division's mission is to provide acquisition services of the highest quality to our customers on a timely and cost-effective basis, while maintaining the public's trust and fulfilling public policy objectives. We are a highly motivated professional team effectively using technology, continuous improvement and partnership to meet the Portland District mission.

Complete full range of pre and post award functions for cost reimbursable and fixed price contracts.

Prepare solicitation documents, Invitations for Bids, and Requests for Proposal.

Compile bidders list from qualified sources and match sources to the requirements.

Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of the team.

Provide technical oversight on contracting activities carried out by non-procurement staff throughout the District.
