We're looking for a Systems & Software Consultant (Contractor) with experience in Simpro or a similar job management, field service, ERP, or business management system. You'll work closely with clients to implement software, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and help businesses work smarter.
Simpro experience is highly desirable, but it's not essential. If you have experience with a comparable platform, strong systems knowledge, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to become a Simpro specialist.

About the Opportunity
As an independent contractor, you'll work with a variety of clients to implement, configure, support, and optimise Simpro and related business systems. This is a hands-on consulting role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with clients, and delivering practical technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Simpro software
Set up new systems and customise them to meet client requirements
Troubleshoot software issues and provide ongoing support
Update and maintain existing client systems
Perform data entry, analysis, reconciliation, and data migrations
Develop templates and system-generated documents
Deliver end-user training and ongoing support
Analyse and map business processes to improve efficiency
Develop and document standard operating procedures
Manage project deadlines and client deliverables
Build strong client relationships through professional advice and customer service
Conduct periodic system and process reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement
Support integrations with other business systems, including Cin7 Core, where required
About You
You'll be a self-motivated contractor who enjoys helping businesses improve the way they work through technology.
Your ideal skillset:
Proven experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Simpro (highly desirable)
Experience with Cin7 Core or other integrated business software is advantageous
Experience with similar platforms such as Fergus, Ascora, AroFlo, ServiceM8, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, MYOB Acumatica, SAP, or other business management systems will also be considered
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
The ability to understand business processes and translate them into software solutions
Experience delivering user training and supporting software adoption
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects
A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
