Contract Talent Acquisition Partner

You will own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Customer Operations roles. You will source, engage, assess, and close candidates; manage pipelines; partner with hiring managers; maintain a positive candidate experience; and use recruiting data and tools to improve hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles
• Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates
• Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate candidates, and move roles forward
• Deliver a responsive and positive candidate experience from outreach through offer
• Use applicant tracking and sourcing tools to track pipeline, feedback, and hiring progress
• Write, publish, and optimize job postings across external platforms
• Monitor funnel metrics and improve conversion and candidate flow
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles
• Support structured, consistent, and objective hiring practices
• Adhere to company security policies and data handling procedures
• Complete mandatory security awareness training
• Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring partners
• Ability to keep multiple roles moving at once
• Comfort using recruiting metrics to track progress and improve outcomes
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
