ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Partner. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Contract Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is responsible for providing full-cycle recruiting support across multiple business functions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent. This role will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future workforce needs.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
· Strong direct-sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, and targeted outreach.
· Experience serving as a consultative partner to hiring managers, including conducting intake meetings, calibrating candidates, and developing selection strategies.
· Ability to evaluate candidates based on demonstrated accomplishments, technical capabilities, leadership behaviors, and organizational fit—not solely résumé keywords.
· Experience conducting structured interviews and developing competency-based interview questions and candidate assessment criteria.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concise, evidence-based candidate recommendations.
· Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation, candidate records, and activity reports.
· Working knowledge of employment laws, consistent selection practices, and compliant recruiting documentation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or leadership positions.
· Experience using UKG Ready as an applicant tracking system.
· Experience recruiting within a manufacturing, heavy-equipment, industrial, or similar technical environment.
· Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
OFFICE-BASED (CORPORATE / PROFESSIONAL)
This role is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and routine office activities. Minimal physical exertion is required.
