Job Description

J-Star Innovations is looking for a confident and proactive Telemarketing & Business Development Executive to support our business expansion in Singapore.

The successful candidate will contact prospective business customers, understand their requirements, introduce the company’s business solutions, and arrange meetings with interested prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective business customers in Singapore
• Identify potential customer needs and business opportunities
• Introduce the company’s business solutions
• Share relevant information with interested prospects
• Arrange product presentations or business meetings
• Maintain accurate contact and follow-up records
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers

Requirements

• Good spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Confident and professional when communicating with business customers
• Proactive, responsible and organised
• Able to work independently and follow up consistently
• Telemarketing, customer service, sales or B2B business development experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
