Contract Tester (Data & Analytics Platform) — 6-month contract (+3 months option) | $3,000 - $4,000/month
The client is redeveloping, a tourism data analytics platform. We need a UAT tester who can validate data accuracy across the full pipeline. From data ingestion and transformation through to dashboard outputs.
What you'll do:
Plan and execute UAT across data ingestion, validation, transformation, and front-end dashboards
Write test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
Log and track defects, follow up with the vendor on resolution
Use SQL to validate data accuracy — checking for duplicates, missing values, and anomalies
Review vendor test cases and identify gaps
You need:
Diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related
At least 2 years in UAT or software testing (data or analytics environment preferred)
Good data literacy — you're comfortable working with tables, spotting data quality issues
Working SQL knowledge (strongly preferred)
Experience with BI/dashboard tools (AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Work location: Onsite | Hours: 9am - 6.30pm (Fri 5.30pm)
Duration: 6-month contract (+3 months extension option)
Start: 1 October 2026
