Contract UAT Tester (Banking / Finance) #HJOT
Summary
The UAT Tester will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and execute test cases, ensuring system functionality and reliability within a banking environment. The role involves documenting test results and managing defect reporting throughout the software development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand system features and workflows
- Plan and design test cases based on system requirements and user scenarios
- Execute test plans, scripts, and procedures to validate system functionality
- Perform functional testing to ensure system reliability and performance
- Identify, track, and report defects or issues in a clear and structured manner
- Prepare documentation of test cases, results, and findings
- Support system changes and enhancements through testing activities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved before implementation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing or UAT roles
- Familiar with testing methodologies and processes
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
