Overview
A new and
exciting position has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced and
flexible Security Officer to join our established team as a Contracted
Multi-Site Security Officer.
This role
is suited to someone who is reliable, adaptable and confident working across
different client sites. You will be required to provide a professional security
service, deliver excellent customer service, complete site duties in line with
Assignment Instructions and remain vigilant at all times.
As a
Multi-Site Security Officer, you will support a range of CEVA and GSF sites
across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Sites will be allocated to you based
on the operational needs of the business. Where possible, shifts will be
allocated to the nearest suitable site first; however, this may change where
priority sites require urgent support.
You must be
flexible and able to adapt quickly to each site’s individual requirements. This
role will include planned cover, holiday cover, sickness cover, short-notice
cover and general site support across multiple assignments.
A valid
frontline SIA licence, full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
are essential for this role.
Site Locations Covered
This role
involves providing security support across a number of CEVA and GSF sites
within the Midlands and surrounding areas. Sites may include, but are not
limited to, the locations listed below, and the successful candidate must be
prepared to travel as required to support operational needs:
- CEVA
Amazon XL – DE74 2BB
- CEVA Barton – DE13 8ES
- CEVA Daventry 4 CLS – NN11 8NF
- CEVA DIRFT Daventry – NN6 7GX
- CEVA Doncaster – DN11 0BQ
- CEVA Kettering 2 – NN14 1UA

- CEVA Upper Heyford – OX25 5HD

The role
will involve supporting the security teams across the above locations,
including planned cover, holiday and sickness absence cover, short-notice cover,
and general security support where required.
Site Allocation
Sites will
be allocated based on the needs of the business and the operational
requirements of each site. Where possible, officers will be allocated to the
nearest suitable site first.
However,
due to the nature of this Contracted Multi-Site Security Officer role,
allocations may change at short notice. This may include being moved from one
site to another to support sickness, absence, holiday cover, staff shortages or
urgent operational requirements.
Priority Site Requirement
As part of
this contracted Multi-Site Security Officer role, there are three priority
sites that take operational precedence over all other locations:
- CEVA Doncaster – DN11 0BQ
- CEVA Kettering 2 – NN14 1UA
- CEVA Upper Heyford – OX25 5HD
Due to the
operational importance of these sites, you may be reallocated at short notice
to support urgent cover requirements, including last-minute sickness, absence,
staff shortages or other operational needs.
This may
include being moved from another allocated site, even if you have already
arrived at that site or commenced duties. Where a priority site requires
immediate support, you will be required to transfer to that site as instructed
by the operational management team.
Flexibility
and willingness to support these priority locations is an essential and
contracted requirement of this role. Priority sites will take precedence over
all other site allocations where urgent cover is required.
