Contractor, HR Business Partner
Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for performing a variety of support functions including administrative activities, scheduling appointments and travel, responding to information requests, preparing reports as well as providing training and meeting support. The job holder is expected to understand the organizational structure, functions and responsibilities of all functional units within the Division and the organization so as to act as a valuable administrative support partner when working with others.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Monitor and manage resource allocation for the bank’s projects, including both demand and supply planning.
Develop, consolidate, and update resource reports on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective project resource allocation and utilization.
Support the monitoring and management of employee performance for staff participating in projects.
Collect, review, and prepare project documentation for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
Assist in consolidating information, preparing progress reports, and tracking project issues as required.
Perform other tasks related to resource management and project operations as assigned.
Key Accountabilities (2)
1. HR Business Partnering Support
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to identify workforce needs and develop strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that contribute to organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development planning.
2. Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including initial candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer decision-making.
- Source and attract talent through creative recruitment strategies while building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
- Communicate employment opportunities in a compelling and engaging manner to attract and generate interest from potential candidates.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Diploma certificate or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role providing executive management support
- Strong organization skills and able to juggle multiple competing tasks / demands
- Able to work independently, exercise judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
