Contractor -Oracle Eloqua Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contractor - Oracle Eloqua Implementation Consultant based in India.

This is a senior consulting opportunity focused on delivering an end-to-end Oracle Eloqua implementation integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and functional leadership to translate requirements into scalable marketing automation and lead management solutions. The role combines strong functional and technical expertise with hands-on configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support. You will contribute across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through go-live and post-production stabilization. Working with distributed onsite and offshore teams, you will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional delivery and ensuring project milestones are achieved. • Requirements & Discovery: Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to understand business needs, facilitate requirement workshops, and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Eloqua solutions.
• Solution Design: Prepare functional and technical design documentation aligned with business objectives, implementation standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Eloqua Implementation: Configure and customize Oracle Eloqua to support marketing automation, lead management, campaign execution, segmentation, nurturing, and related business processes.
• Campaign Development: Design and implement campaigns, forms, landing pages, emails, segments, shared lists, programs, and automated workflows within the platform.
• CRM Integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales, coordinating closely with CRM, integration, and technical teams.
• Data & Integration: Support data migration, synchronization, validation, and integration activities while ensuring customer data is accurate and appropriately managed across connected systems.
• Testing & Issue Resolution: Plan and execute unit testing and system integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve functional and technical issues throughout implementation.
• Deployment & Go-Live: Coordinate production deployment activities and provide post-go-live stabilization, hypercare, and production support.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop documentation, support user training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to help stakeholders and support teams effectively adopt the solution.
• Project Delivery: Independently drive assigned deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to meet project timelines and implementation objectives.
• Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, solution optimization, and more effective use of Oracle Eloqua capabilities.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Eloqua solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise marketing automation.
• Oracle Eloqua Expertise: Deep knowledge of campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, forms, landing pages, emails, programs, and marketing automation workflows.
• Oracle CRM Integration: Proven experience implementing Oracle Eloqua integrations with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales.
• APIs & Integration: Experience working with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, data synchronization, and CRM integration concepts.
• Middleware: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms is preferred.
• Data & SQL: Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques for troubleshooting, validation, reporting, and data-related investigations.
• Implementation Lifecycle: Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, production support, and post-go-live activities.
• Testing: Strong understanding of unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and release management processes.
• Global Delivery: Experience collaborating with onsite and offshore teams within a global delivery model.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently investigate issues and drive solutions.
• Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
