Location: Roseville, CA
Salary Range: $125-175K Annually
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | In-Person
CORE is seeking a Contracts Manager (CM) to work with clients and subcontractors on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects. The new CM will draft and manage the contracts and subcontracts for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.
The CM will completely manage the contracts process from issuance to receipt of fully executed agreements. This role is responsible for understanding contract provisions, negotiating the contract as needed, and managing company risk throughout the contracts process while effectively communicating with the project team. The CM will also assist in new project setup, enter contract information into our accounting system, and provide additional administrative tasks and documentation.
Pay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience with contracts administration
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Professional degree preferred
Ability to write and execute subcontract agreements
Willingness to relocate to or near our Roseville office location
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign
Experience with Viewpoint Software and ConsensusDocs is preferred
Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
A valid Driver’s License
