Contracts Manager-Hospitality
Contract Management:
- Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts for projects, ensuring adherence to end-user standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution, performance monitoring, and closeout.
- Review and draft contract terms, conditions, and amendments to meet organizational needs and compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, procurement officers, and other stakeholders to align contract terms with project objectives.
- Facilitate communication between the organization and contractors, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contract execution and project implementation.

- Ensure that all contracts comply with end-user regulations, including procurement guidelines, security clearances, and quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract records and documentation.
