CONTRACTS MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead commercial and contractual management across major building construction projects.
- Manage contract administration, project budgets, cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Administer main contracts and subcontracts, including variations, claims and final accounts.
- Manage procurement, tender evaluation, negotiation and award of subcontract packages.
- Monitor project commercial performance and identify contractual and financial risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
- Lead and provide guidance to Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Strong Quantity Surveying / Contracts experience within the building construction industry.
- Experience on Healthcare, Commercial, Data Centers or other major building developments will be advantageous.
- Main Contractor experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims, cost control, subcontract management and final accounts.
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
