Contracts Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will oversee the entire contract management process, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that contract terms support the operational goals of the organization. You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing all project contracts, with a keen focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your expertise in contract law and experience in construction contracts will be vital as you review and analyze contracts, prepare reports, and provide guidance to project managers. You will play a critical role in resolving any contractual disputes and monitoring contract performance. As a key member of our team, you will contribute directly to the successful delivery of JASARA's projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, particularly within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding high ethical standards in contract management.
