About the Team
Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a Contracts Manager (m/f/d), where you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our growing space startup. You will take ownership of the entire contract lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure our contractual processes are efficient, compliant, and business-focused. Your Tasks
- Own and systematically manage the complete contract lifecycle, from initiation through drafting, review, negotiation, and approval through to execution, filing, monitoring, amendments, renewals and termination
- Lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Act as a trusted business partner by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand their contractual requirements and provide practical, solution-oriented legal support.
- Coordinate and manage non-disclosure agreements
- Oversee the administration of the company´s insurance policies
- Provide operational support on a broad range of legal and contractual matters, contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and best practices.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Law, Law, Business Administration with a legal focus, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in contract management and legal operations, ideally within an international or technology-driven environment.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- A proactive, well-structured, and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- A strong sense of responsibility, integrity, discretion, and commitment when handling confidential information.
