Contracts Manager
- Preferably 15 years of related working experience and at least 5 years in similar management position.
- With the project team, identify the contract baseline, including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the Contract.
- Participate in project monthly and related meetings, work closely with project functions.
- Responsible for ensuring prime contract insurance provisions are adhered to.
- Manage the handling of the prime contract closeout requirements.
- Manage personnel assigned to the project contracts organization.
- Subcontract review, drafting, negotiation, finalization, administration, contract amendment, changes, claims management, and final close-outs
